The public website
This website provides information about Route Truck Repair and ways to contact or find the shop. It has no contact form, embedded account sign-in or external analytics scripts. Your browser makes normal requests to the website host when loading these pages.
Phone, email and Google Maps links open the service you choose to use. Those services have their own privacy policies. The public website does not display the shop's private invoice or customer records.
The private Parts Tracker app
Route Truck Parts Tracker is a separate internal tool used by Route Truck Repair Inc. to track the truck parts the shop buys and what it pays for them. It is intended for authorized shop use and is not offered to the public.
What the Gmail connection accesses
With the shop owner's permission, Parts Tracker connects to the shop's Gmail account using Google's read-only Gmail permission (gmail.readonly). It reads emails from the parts stores the shop buys from and messages the shop sends to its own address, such as customer orders shared from WhatsApp.
This Gmail connection cannot send, delete, move, label or change email.
How invoice information is used
- Parts invoices in PDF attachments, photos or email text are read to record the store, invoice number, date, part numbers, quantities and prices.
- Invoice contents are sent to Anthropic's AI service to extract the invoice details.
- The results and copies of original invoices are stored on the shop's computer, with nightly backups in the shop's OneDrive.
Business records are used for shop operations. They are not published on this public website.
Google user data
The Gmail connection is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Removing access and requesting help
The shop owner can remove the Gmail connection in Parts Tracker under Settings → Gmail → Disconnect, or through Google Account permissions. Contact Route Truck Repair with questions about stored business records or requests to remove them.
